Job Title: Art Director
Location: Remote / Hybrid (EU time zones preferred)
Company: Talenteria LLC
About Talenteria
Talenteria is a modern career site builder and recruitment marketing platform that helps companies turn their hiring process into a powerful brand experience. We partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams worldwide to create beautiful, high‑converting career sites and candidate journeys that attract, engage, and convert top talent.
We are a product‑driven, design‑savvy company that believes recruitment experiences should be as delightful and intuitive as the best consumer products. As we grow, we’re looking for an Art Director who can elevate our visual identity and product storytelling across every touchpoint – from our platform UI to our marketing campaigns.
Role Overview
As Art Director at Talenteria, you will be the creative lead behind how our brand looks, feels, and communicates. You’ll guide a small but mighty design team, collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales, and ensure that our visuals consistently reflect our mission: making recruiting more human, transparent, and engaging.
This is a hands‑on role. You’ll move comfortably between high‑level creative direction and detailed design work, setting the vision while still being willing to jump into Figma and polish the pixels when needed.
What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll shape the visual language of Talenteria across product and marketing, owning everything from our design system and website visuals to launch campaigns and thought‑leadership content. You’ll lead creative concepts, mentor designers, and partner with cross‑functional teams to bring compelling, coherent stories to life across digital channels and within the Talenteria platform itself.
Why Join Talenteria?
• Real impact on the product: Your work won’t be “just another campaign.” You’ll directly influence how companies worldwide experience our platform and how candidates experience their next career step.
• Design‑first mindset: Leadership understands and values design. You’ll have space to experiment, propose new ideas, and build a strong, recognizable brand.
• Friendly, low‑ego culture: We’re collaborative, open, and supportive. We care about quality, but we also care about people and work‑life balance.
• Remote‑friendly setup: Work from where you’re most productive. We coordinate primarily in EU time zones and keep meetings purposeful and concise.
• Growth opportunities: As we scale, you’ll have the chance to shape the creative organization, processes, and standards from the ground up.
• Competitive package & perks: Competitive salary, flexible working hours, paid time off, professional development support (courses, conferences, tools), and the chance to build a standout portfolio of product and brand work.
Who You Are
You are an experienced visual and product storyteller who loves turning complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences. You balance creative ambition with practical execution, enjoy collaborating with non‑design stakeholders, and care deeply about consistency, usability, and brand integrity.
You understand B2B/SaaS but design with B2C quality and empathy. You can guide other designers while still enjoying hands‑on work, and you’re comfortable owning the full visual narrative for a growing tech company.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
• Talenteria’s visual identity feels cohesive and recognizable across product and marketing.
• Our product UI and marketing assets become more intuitive, modern, and conversion‑focused over time.
• Internal teams see you as a trusted creative partner and come to you early with ideas and initiatives.
• The design team feels supported, inspired, and clear on direction and standards.
